Hello my lovelies! Well the weeks are just flying by and here we are, already at the last Friday in February! Ack!!
First of all, just a reminder that you can only sign up to receive my Little Black Book before anyone else if you subscribe to email updates by 12pm 2nd March 2015 – that means as of this post going live you only have 3 days left!! If you haven’t signed up, you need to do it now!
(I promise I’ll never spam you nor share your address with anyone else because that would just be a complete bummer and I wouldn’t want someone to do that to me so I certainly won’t do it to you.)
Β Are you all signed up? Excellent! Right, we can get on with the rest of today’s post then!
Every month I do a little roundup post to share where I’ve been featured and where I’ve been blathering on about interiors around the web – won’t you join me for your little tour around the interwebs with me as your host?
Oh go on then…
So first of all a few thank yous!
- I was featured on interior designer Diane Harvey-White’s blog Putting The Love In where she talked about my e-design service and how it works. Thanks so much Diane!
- I was also named one of 101 Top Sources of Design Inspiration over on Design55. Thanks guys!
- And a big thanks to Paul over on Simplified BuildingΒ as heΒ featured my bathroom remodel which used one of their galvanized steel poles for my curtain rail!
Now, I’ve also been kept very busy writing for numerous blogs around the web this month!
On Oak Furnitureland, I shared 5 Ways to Give Your Home Wow Factor… Statement lighting? Oh yes, that’s one of them. Click on over to see the others.
I alsoΒ gave myΒ 5 Tips to Creating an Eclectic Dining RoomΒ because y’all know how much I like mixing things up!
I also talked aboutΒ 6 Ways to Spruce Up Your Living Room for SpringΒ because the temperatures are finally getting into double digits and it’s time to put away the faux fur throws and pull the curtains back!
At the SofaStore, I used Apartment34’s amazing office renovation as inspiration to show how you could get the look with their Manhattan Sofa. This was a fun one to put together and check out that shelving unit!Β That could seriously work in any style decor, don’t you think? Love the lines on that one.
Over on AO Life,Β I did a Valentine’s Day buying guide that was totally gender-neutral – no hearts, flowers or cupids to be seen anywhere!
And I also talked to the experts about How to Design a Kitchen around an American Fridge FreezerΒ because with our petite kitchens in the UK, a little extra planning is sometimes necessary.
Over on The Lighting Expert, I talked about How to Fall in Love with your Home for Valentine’s DayΒ but really, it can be applied to any time of year and it really doesn’t take a lot of money.
And on FADs blog, I talked about my love of decorating with books! Which from my last post, runs quite deep as you can see!
Finally, I’ve been working with the lovely Tile MountainΒ behind the scenes for the last few months to get their blog off the ground! After a lot of hard work, it’s finally live *throws confetti* and while we still have some work to do, it’s looking great and there’s already some great information on there so have a look! You might enjoy my post How to Make a Small Space Look Bigger.
I told you, it’s been a busy month!!
Hope you find some inspiration for your home in some of the posts I shared today – how’s your month been treating you? Are you as desperate for Spring as I am? Bring on the sunshine!
It was an absolute pleasure working with you Kim, really like how you chose our tube and fittings to be the centre piece of the room, the rest of the dΓ©cor really adds to it!! ;)
Hahaha! Yes, of course, the whole bathroom was basically just to highlight the shower rod! ;) x
Just wanted to say that you and your bathroom looks great in March issue of Your Home xxx
Aww thank you Pauline! Going to be sharing that next week :D xx
Phew, it has been a busy week for you!
Looking forward to receiving the little black book :)
